“My existing cutout is 22" wide. Spec sheet says needed cutout is 22.5". Will the install team be able to work with this? If needed I can rasp file down a quarter inch on each side after they take out the existing oven. Is this a big deal?”

Not too big a deal but you will want to do the enlargement yourself or be charged BANK for the installers to do it
