• A:Answer Did the pickup and install myself....pretty straightforward directions! Call the Salvation Army and they will haul away the old dishwasher for you for no cost, and the equipment they collect they use to support Veterans!

• A:Answer Hi Ktchico- The maximum height of the bottle being used on the Bottle Jets will depend on it's thickness and how it sits on top of the Bottle Jets. For models with both the 3rd rack and the adjustable upper rack features, approximately 7 inches of clearance is possible in the top rack position and 9 inches in the lower position (Quickly adjust the upper rack 2 inches up or down to accommodate tall glassware and 10 ½" plates). Q: QuestionIf I buy this in my color choice of "Slate" for $599. What requirements and what is the cost of "Free Installation"? Free should mean "No Cost" but the phone call sales person said I would have to buy a KIT? And pay for a haul away charge of my old unit?

• A:Answer The free installation applies to the cost of the labor of the install. The kit is a hookup connection to your water and drain lines. Of course installing has nothing to do with removing the old unit.
