• They might. It depends on how bad they mess up. They can't get it straight it the are dropping off, hooking up, or taking away. If something goes wrong, be ready to spend 8+ hours on the phone and still have to call back, because they won't call you when you ask them to.

• Yes they do. Although you have to pay for the service ahead of time, they will take away your old dishwasher or any appliance

• We bought ours at Best Buy. They wanted us wait longer for them to deliver the dishwasher than what we wanted to. Plus the delivery charge. We went to the store and picked it up. We disposed of our old dishwasher on our own. It was the quicker way to go for us.
