• No you have to buy the starter kit for the plug. If you are hard wiring it your fine.

• Hi there, Thank you for reaching out! There is an optional power cord kit that you can purchase. The power cord part number is: GPFCORD or WX09X70911 depending on the length. You would also need to purchase a hot water line. For a drain hose, one will come with the unit. You can view what other parts you may need by seeing page 2 of your installation instructions.
