Hi - Yes, this refrigerator does have a RJ45 jack located behind the grill (kick plate) at the bottom of the refrigerator. This jack allows our service technicians to plug in specialized equipment and perform diagnostic testing on the refrigerator when needed. We hope this helps! All our best! Vikki@GEA
