Q: QuestionHow tall is it really? The Best Buy website says it is 69.625 inches to top of cabinet without hinges. However for the same model, the GE website says it is 69.0 inches to top of case. Who's right?

• A:Answer In my case it did not make any difference because there are no cabinets above my unit. I did measure from floor to the top of the unit, and with the 2 covers for the hinges on the top it is just shy of 69 3/4"

Q: QuestionI'm seeing the Energy Guide for this model #GSS25GGPWW and it's stating that this DOESN'T have through-the-door-ice. However model #GSE25GGPWW DOES have it. Both are exact in features/size/cu fu, etc., yet, the other is $90 more. Are both info in error?

• A:Answer The shelves slide in easily. There is a plastic tab on the right. Press it down slightly if necessary when the shelf is going in. Release the tab after the shelf is in place. It keeps the shelf from falling out if pulled forward. Press the tab down again when removing the shelf for cleaning.

• A:Answer Hey there, great question! Yes, you may be pleased to know this does have a door alarm. To set the alarm, press this pad until the indicator light comes on. This alarm will sound if either door is open for more than 3 minutes and the light goes out and the beeping stops when you close the door.
