This refrigerator is not counter depth. I wish I would have purchased one that was, however it is very quiet. We do not hear it at all.

It sticks out past my counter on the left by a few inches but is flush with the partial wall on the right side. I find it not noisy at all personally..no louder that my old fridge. 
Only real noise is when the ice drops into an empty ice bin.

It is not loud. It stands out about 8 inches past my counter.
