You can pull out the ice bin to retrieve ice manually from inside the freezer.

We certainly understand how important the ice making and storage feature is and are happy to help clarify. This refrigerator does have an ice bin in the freezer as well as a dispenser in the door. On some models the ice bin is a tilt-out; that can be accessed by lifting the bin, then pulling it forward until it stops and lowering it to access. Other models have a shelf above the ice bin; on these models you can simply pull the bin straight forward until it stops and lower it to access ice.
