Hi Phylmore- This is Sue at GE Appliances. It's nice to hear from you! Thanks for considering our GE® ENERGY STAR® REFRIGERATOR GSE25HSHSS. Yes, the refrigerator is equipped with a door alarm. To set the alarm, press the Door Alarm pad located on the control panel until the indicator light comes on. This alarm will sound if either door is open for more than 3 minutes.
