• A:Answer That's what we needed to do and the answer is yes, the handles are easily removed. You'll need an allen wrench.

Q: QuestionDoes the ice maker sense when the bin is getting full of ice and stop making ice until the level is lower in the bin, or do I have to reach into the freezer, remove the little shelf, and reach back and switch off the ice maker?

Q: QuestionHow come BB is charging customers $90 more with this one when there's the same one, Model: GSS25GGPWW? Yet this just has ESR & supposable 2 cu. ft less, which only saves the customer $7 a year in KW energy consumption? A bit ridiculous & tricky, isn't it?

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for asking. This refrigerator comes with the factory settings of 0 for freezer section and 37 degrees for the fresh food section. These are the default factory settings for each. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
