“What metal is used on the sides of this refrigerator? Is it painted and do you sell touch-up paint? The instructions say to use soap and water to clean the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Do you mean like a bar of Ivory or a liquid like Dawn?”

Our model is stainless steal. It is fingerprint resistant and stays nice and clean when used. Also - Magnets will not stick to some stainless appliances. This is not one of them.

The part number is WD49X10016 and can be purchased online or by calling 1-877-959-8688. Dawn or Palmolive are both considered mild soaps. To clean Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel: Use a solution of mild soap and warm water with a clean, soft cloth or microfiber cloth.
