Hello- We are so sorry that you are having this issue with your refrigerator. There are many things this could be and we recommend reaching out to GE Consumer Service to get this properly diagnosed. In the meantime, we recommend resetting the electronics by flipping the breaker off for at least 5 minutes. During this time, don't open the doors and then restore power and allow a couple hours.
