• A:Answer Yes, Best Buy will remove the existing refrigerator from your home and haul it away for a nominal fee of $25. When the delivery staff called to let us know they were on their way to make our delivery, they even offered to remove the food from our existing refrigerator so the food did not have to sit out of refrigeration and possibly spoil! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

• A:Answer There are slight differences in the layout of these models as well as the GSS25IYNFS model has a slightly lower capacity (25.1 cu ft) versus the GSS25GYPFS model (25.3 cu ft). The GSS25IYNFS model also has a fresh food snack drawer (versus none), glass freezer shelves (versus wire), 2 freezer storage baskets (versus one), and 5 total fixed freezer door shelves (versus 2 adjustable and 2 fixed). Q: QuestionDoes it have a removal ice cube storage bin inside the door so you can easily dump cubes in a cooler at one time without having to scop from the door? Also to remove to clean it out as sometimes ice can get compacted.

• A:Answer Open left side door. Slide the white shelf out, that is where you turn the ice maker on and off, slide out the ice container to empty or to wash.

• A:Answer Hi, Great questions! Our Fingerprint Resistant Stainless offers a clear coat that allows the shine of the stainless to show through. Unlike Traditional Stainless, Fingerprint Resistant Stainless does not require the use of special stainless cleaners. We have some good news for you! GE Appliances has designed this fingerprint resistant finish to blend beautifully with non-fingerprint resistant stainless steels. The color and tone of our Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel has very good color harmony with the other stainless steel products. The finish does have a more rich satin finish (slightly less reflective), but in kitchen suite appearance reviews, this has been accepted broadly. • A:Answer Hello- We appreciate your interest in our Side-By-Side Refrigerator. This is an excellent model but it shouldn't be listed as a counter depth model. It will fit in a 33" space though. The case depth without the door is 28 1/2 and the case depth with the door, but without the handle is 32 3/4. When adding the handle the depth is 34 3/4. If you are wanting a true Counter-Depth model, please take a look at GZS22IYNFS. It's a little smaller at 21.8 vs 23.0 Cubic.
