“If the Door Alarm button is accidentally pressed, how can it be deactivated. I've aligned the doors, moved all food items out of the way, unplugged the unit for 30+ seconds...and it still blinks and beeps every 2 to 3 minutes.”

Hello, and thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear you've had an issue with the Door Alarm and know that must be an inconvenience. We would like to help resolve. The Door Alarm is meant to sound if the door is open for more than 3 minutes. Normally the light will go out and the beeping will stop once the door is closed again. We understand you have checked the doors for any obstruction, but you may want to also check the gasket around the door's perimeter, to make sure there is no kink or gap that could be preventing the door from completely closing and sealing. If you are not able to stop the alarm with that step, you may want to consider scheduling service.
