“Is it normal for the freezer to fluctuate from 0 to 6 degrees after a week? Also there is frost on the products inside of the freezer and the freezer door doesn’t close smoothly? Has anyone else had this issue and if so what can I do to resolve it?!”

I have not had any issue with the door closing smoothly at all , I checked my temp after reading your question mine appears to be maintaining 0 degrees. I would have the door checked out it should close smoothly.
