Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jozarkmc- This is Sue at GE Appliances. We are happy to help. Check to make sure the control panel is unlocked. Press the Lock Controls pad for 3 seconds to lock/unlock. Remove the ice bucket and check for clumps of ice stuck together. The clumps can usually be pulled from the bucket and discarded. Infrequent use of the icemaker can cause these ice clumps. If the bucket is blocked or iced up near where the ice comes out, you can empty the ice from the bucket and run hot water through it until all ice is melted. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment on-line: https://genet.geappliances.com/eService/Service/home - We hope this helps. Thanks for checking with us!
