QuestionHello. I have a log cabin and this fridge will be next to a log wall which extends beyond the front of the fridge. There’s 1/8 inch between side and wall. Will this setup impact opening the door? Thanks!

- Answer Hi HowdyCabin - Thanks for considering GE! We recommend at least 1/8" air clearance on each side of the refrigerator. Also, width with door open 90˚including door handle is 43 1/2". The bins can be accessed with 90˚ opening but not removed. QuestionWe just bought out Fridge in November of 2017. Our unit is only approximately 4 months old. The water dispenser has been dispensing less and less water. Now, it takes approximately 3-5 minutes to fill up a glass of water. Water line is fine.What can I do?

- Answer Hi Smallls2124 - The filter cartridge MWF/MWFP should be replaced when the replacement indicator light turns red or if the flow of water to the dispenser or icemaker decreases. Water quality varies. QuestionRefrigerator was just delivered today. I am very pleased except for the LED lighting. It is very low and I find it too dark inside. I have rearrange the contents several times and I find that the illumination to be still poor. Any adjustments?

QuestionHi, I just won a lifetime supply of tater tots. How many boxes of tater tots will fit into the freezer side of this unit? The dims of the 12 tater box is 1.5x7.67x9. Would it be better to remove the shelves?Should I get the 24 tater box? Dims are 3x10x9.

QuestionMy GSE25HGHBB just arrived and I am very surprise that the actual unit has the black textured finish, BUT the doors are high gloss with no texture. It looks like the wrong doors are on the unit. have 2 high slobber dogs that is exactly why I didnt get SS

QuestionI'm especially interested in the freezer size. Does the listed 9.7 I believe, subtract the size of the huge ice maker, or is it just the measurement of the freezer?

- Answer Hi Pat1732- This is Sue at GE Appliances. We are excited to hear of your interest! Icemakers produce crescent shaped cubes approximately 2 1/2" long x 3/4" high x 3/4" thick. The crushed ice size is random. The icemaker will make approximately 4.5 pounds or 130 cubes per day. The Arctica ice buckets hold 10 pounds of ice. We hope this is helpful. Also, the advanced water filtration (MWF/MWFP) reduces trace pharmaceuticals from water and ice* (* Removes 98% of ibuprofen, atenolol, fluoxetine, progesterone and trimethoprim.
