“The plastic over the buttons (specifically over the water and cubed ice buttons) is starting to get worn out. I want to remove the plastic but my husband says it needs to stay for protection. Maybe I should buy contact paper to replace? Any suggestions?”

• Take the plastic off. It is supposed to be removed.
