“My fridge actual temp says 60 but set temp 37. Is this normal?”

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We truly hate to hear your actual temperature is not reflecting the set temperature of your refrigerator. We know that must be concerning, and would like to assist. If your refrigerator is new, it may take a couple days to cool down to the set temperature. You might want to check that the refrigerator door is closing completely and the gasket has no gaps or tears that may be preventing a proper seal. The door also shouldn't be opened too often, if possible. Making sure the unit has proper air clearance and has a reasonable food load also helps to ensure it cools enough.
