You need to prime the line to get the air out of it. This is done by holding the water release for at least 30-45 seconds. The very first time you may see dark, uncleared water but it will eventually become clear.

Air may be trapped in the water system. Make sure the cradle has been held down 2-3 minutes to allow the reservoir to fill completely. Once water is dispensed, purge air from the lines by dispensing water for 5 minutes or 2 gallons.
