“My freezer was set at 0 degrees F. I pressed button and it showed 0 degrees. I pressed again thinking it would turn off display but instead it moved temperature to 1 degree F. How do I get it back to 0 degrees F?”

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. The "Freezer " adjustment button will continue to increase the temperature until it reaches 5 degrees Fahrenheit, then it will cycle to its lowest maximum temperature and count up. In other words, it only goes in one direction and then repeats. In your case, we would recommend pressing the button continuously until it cycles back to 0. This is also the case for adjusting the refrigerator temperature.
