“Is it possible to make the temperature go back down? Touching the “fridge, 37 degree is recommended” button makes the temperature go up and I want to know how to get it back down.”

Keep touching the temperature button. It will go up to say 42 degrees and revert back down to 35 degrees. You just touch the button to the desired temperature. Just try it. It works.
