“How do I know I installed my water line properly? When I press the button to release water nothing comes out. We got it today! I bought a new stainless still line also. Yes,the water is on! Does it take a period of time For the water to start coming out?”

You need to prime the line to get the air out of it. This is done by holding the water release for at least 30-45 seconds. The very first time you may see dark, uncleared water but it will eventually become clear.

Air may be trapped in the water system. Make sure the cradle has been held down 2-3 minutes to allow the reservoir to fill completely. Once water is dispensed, purge air from the lines by dispensing water for 5 minutes or 2 gallons.
