Does this unit dehumidify as well as cool null

There is no specific dehumidifier setting on this unit. However, air conditioners dehumidify as they operate in general. If you’re looking to dehumidify and not cool the air then this unit is not what you are looking for.

Part of the normal operation of an air conditioner is to remove humidity from the space. Cooler temperatures and lower humidity work hand in hand to make you conformable. -Vikki@GEAppliances

yes--pretty much any modern air conditioning unit (not "swamp coolers" of course) will remove moisture from the air.
