Does this come with brackets null

This air conditioner does include the EZ Mount kit which includes the side curtains, frame, and gaskets. It does not include an exterior bracket as it is not needed for most installations. -Vikki@GEAppliances

There's not an external mounting bracket provided. There are aftermarket solutions but $-$$. The installation kit is pretty minimal. If you have a wooden single hung window that's > 24 inches you're probably OK without it. My window was narrow and Aluminum and it took a fair amount of engineering on my part. (note-I have a small woof shop, bandsaw, drill press, and some basic skill).
