“There’s some styrofoam inside the unit. Should that stay in or taken out”

• I left mine in. I think it’s supposed to stay in there I didn’t see any way of getting it out. I think that’s why I don’t like the air conditioner and it seems to block the air flow from coming out!

• That Styrofoam is definitely blocking the air from flowing freely out. This is a bad design and the worst AC I've ever bought.
