“I removed the compartment on the inside of the freezer door to clean it. I thought I had put it back in correctly but now the freezer door itself will not close all the way. I also cant get the compartment off. Help!”

Hi CMM19014 - Thanks for reaching out to us. We are happy to help. Lift the door bin straight up; then pull out. If the bin fits tightly or not installed quite right, you may need to give it a little "bump" with the palm of your hand to release it. To replace, insert the bin above the notches on the door liner and then slide the bin down into place.
