Hi Awwphooey - Thanks for choosing GE! We're glad to have you in the family. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. The dispenser recess grill will catch this water. To stop dispensing, release pressure from cradle, withdrawing slowly to catch last bits of water. The grate on the dispenser recess grill will need to be removed periodically and wiped dry. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online at GEAppliances.com - See REFRIGERATOR DISPENSER CLEANING: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17740 - We do not offer an additional part for the dispenser area. Keep in touch! Sue
