Hi TRAM - Refrigerator door stops help prevent damage to adjacent walls, cabinets, and the refrigerator door. They allow the door to open wide enough for normal pan removal. They are included on all models, but are not in plain sight. They are located in the hinge system at the bottom of the door. The door stops is set to 150 degrees and cannot be adjusted to another position. If the door opens to a full 180 degrees, service may be needed.
