Hi Chris - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! It sounds as though the icemaker was inadvertently turned off. Press "Icemaker" on the control panel to activate the icemaker. Options include: Ice Top On/Off- Ice Bottom On/Off (This model has an option for 2nd Icemaker IM5D in the freezer (sold separately).
