Hi Quinten - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your new refrigerator. When a refrigerator or freezer is first installed, allow 24 hours for it to stabilize to normal operating temperatures. Some cooling should be obvious in the freezer within approximately one hour. The recommended initial temperatures are 37 degrees F in the fresh food compartment, and 0 degrees F in the freezer. If in Demo Mode, try deactivating. Press and hold REFRIGERATOR + FREEZER + CRUSHED ICE buttons simultaneously for 7 seconds. You can also reset the electronics by unplugging or turning off power at the circuit breaker for a few minutes. If there is no sign of cooling within the first 24 hours, we recommend service. Please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) - We apologize for any inconvenience. Keep in touch! Sue
