A:AnswerBest Buy should list the dimensions on their website. That being said, the dimensions for our unit is a depth of 29in and 34 with the front doors and handle. Height of 68in and a width of 36in. I hope this helps
A:AnswerIt stared making ice within 24 hrs. You do have to throw out the first batch of ice to make sure it is not contaminated. Also dispense a gallon of water for the same reason. Then you are good to go.
A:AnswerHopefully this is a stupid question, but you don't state whether you've adjusted the temperature down? It sounds like it is in store mode. There is a setting for turbo freezer and turbo refrigerator (or something similar) I turned that on the afternoon we had it installed and I set the temperature on the lowest setting for both fridge and freezer.

A:AnswerHi there - Great question! Refrigerators work to remove moisture that is naturally present in the air inside of the unit. If there is too much moisture present for the refrigerator to remove, the moisture will build up on the interior of the refrigerator. When the refrigerator starts back up after being shut down for a time (installation, moving, etc.), moisture may build up inside. This is normal and should go away after about 24 hours or once the refrigerator has stabilized at temperature. If the doors are opened frequently, warm and/or humid air enters the refrigerator. Try limiting openings in extremely hot or humid weather. If the doors do not close completely, warm and/or humid air will collect inside. Please check that the unit is level and the doors are able to close properly. Additional troubleshooting can be found on our website by searching "Refrigerator - Interior Moisture". We hope this helps. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions! -Mikayla@GEA
