• A:Answer It comes with four racks total, 3 regular racks and one extending rack. All slide smoothly, but the extending rack slides extra smoothly and farther than the regular racks.

• A:Answer You are right, When the Best Buy installers came out it should have fit right where my old oven was. Instead the installers waited outside while I corrected the opening with a jigsaw.

• A:Answer Hey there, we appreciate your loyalty to us and we're happy to help. After doing some digging we found that your current wall oven has the following cutout dimensions: 24 3/4" Max. W x 49 5/8" Max. H x 24" Min. D. Due to the age of your wall oven, we no longer manufacture a model with the exact cutout dimensions as yours, but a local cabinet maker can help make any necessary adjustments. Model JKD5000SNSS has the following cutout dimensions so it will differ slightly: 25" - 25-1/4" W x 49-11/16" - 50-1/8" H x 23-1/2" D. Q: QuestionI AM LOOKING AT YOUR MODEL jkd5000snss. need to know when I turn the oven on to preheat, does the top broiler turn on to help or do the preheat. My oven I now have turns on the broiler to preheat also to maintain the temp. food burns

• A:Answer Hello JOJO - We appreciate your interest in the JKD5000SNSS and we are happy to help! During Preheat, the Bake and Broil elements both come on to quickly heat the oven. During the bake cycle you can see that the bake element is working because of the bright orange glow it gives off. The broil element may cycle on to provide heat from the top for better cooking results. The broil element wattage is less (on most models) during Baking, which means the Broil element will not necessarily glow orange, even when it is on. We hope this helps. Thanks for checking! Olga
