Yesi use both convection and conventional modes. I love the simplicity of it. Both modes are easy to use. No need tostudya manual.

Yes it does. I’m a fan of this oven. On convection roast using the meat prob I cooked a 7.25 pound bone in turkey breast in 1.5 hours.
