When we saw the add online it said free shipping then, we went into a Best Buy store to order our 27” built in wall oven & it came up with a shipping charge so, I showed them the ad & the Best Buy appliance manager waved the shipping charge so, I am sure that all U would need to do is to talk to the Dept. Manager & show them their ad that says free shipping & it would be taken care of for U. Best Buy works hard to maintain fair customer service satisfaction.
