Hello, Great question! We appreciate you choosing GE Appliances and we'd be more than happy to help. We found that this is a function error code that indicates an issue with the Cooling Fan. Disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the error code repeats, call for service. We hope this information helps! -Sylvia@GEA
