Why no reviews? When was this oven begin production? null

I think it's because this oven is defective. The bottom peels off in shards and GE warranty won't cover replacing because they call it cosmetic. So I'm sure all the bad/unhappy reviews are being blocked. Do not get this oven....i certianly regret it.
