Hi NeedToKnow - Compact refrigerators maintain similar temperatures as full-sized refrigerators. The temperature range in a compact refrigerator is typically between 35-42 degrees Fahrenheit in the fresh food compartment and between 5 to 7 degrees for the freezer. A compact refrigerator is intended for short term storage of foods. Frequent openings can affect the temperature in the fresh food area, and cause ice or frost to build up quicker in the freezer compartment. Also, it should not be placed against the wall. Allow 2" air clearance on top and back and 1/2" on the sides.
