Q: QuestionI need 220V model to replace my old dryer. If I understand it correctly the model supprts both 110V and 220V and it is a matter of switching the mode and replacing cable. Can I buy 110V model, switch the mode and use my old cable?

• A:Answer Best buy's website lists it as 220. I received a 110 volt unit. They claimed all of their machines were mislabeled and could not guarantee me they could find another 220 model for the same price.

Q: QuestionDepth is listed as 24.5 inches and Best Buy recommends an extra 6 inches to allow for venting tubes and other accessories. If I have exactly 30.5 inches of depth in my home space, is it safe that the dryer will fit into my space? Thanks.

• A:Answer I got the washer and dryer GE new machines, washer came with a defect, I got it replaced, the second one got a defect too, and now Best Buy is giving me a hart time to get it fix and I paid for the 5 years protection plan, I purchased them back in November 2021 and I still waiting to get it fix.
