Hi Jojoba- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for choosing our GE Series Model GTW330ASKWW! We are sorry to hear of the drain issue and glad to help. If your top-load washer is not draining, we suggest to view the following troubleshooting link for tips: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=23080 - Select the Drain & Spin cycle to drain the basket and spin water out of the washer basket. Also, if an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. For reference , see pages 13 and 23 of the Owner's Manual: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576.pdf - If you need further assistance, we encourage you to contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or conveniently schedule an appointment online: http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/service/ - We are confident our factory-trained technicians can resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
