Is this washer loud null

Just had this washer installed and have run two loads. Much quieter than I thought it would be.

The washer is not especially loud, but the cycle does start with two bursts of water, filling the tub, and those are loud. We have had the washer for about a month and we're really happy with it. It replaces a front loader that we hated!

It is not any louder than any other machine I have owned. I'm just so glad it's not an HE - I don't care! It cleans clothes so well and doesn't leave them in a wrinkled wad like my HE unit did.

Yes, it's loud and takes a long time per wash.

It is very loud compared to the twelve year old GE Profile that it replaced. Wash cycle is noisy and during spin it becomes unbalanced and sounds like someone is pounding on the walls of the house. Most likely so noisy because these new machines won't let you use a proper amount of water to actually wash the clothes so that they stay distributed in the machine properly. Wish I had spent the money for this machine to repair the old GE Profile which was a well made appliance.

YES IT IS LOUD AND QUITE DIFFERENT IN SOUND THAN OLDER WASHERS!

It will have the normal operating sounds of clicking when the drive system engages and disengages, back and forth swooshing, water flow changes, motor sounds during the spin, humming, gurgling, and swishing.
