• Yes you ARE able to control how much water is being used....e.g. small, medium, large, super.... is this what you're referring to?

• No matter what load size I select washer only fills to small load .

• Hi Brigitte- Thanks for considering our GE® 3.8 DOE cu. ft. capacity stainless steel basket GTW330ASKWW! This model has a Load Size knob on the left side of the control panel that allows you to manually select your preferred load size for the desired water level.
