Just bought this W/D brand new, used 2 times now, and every time i open the washer at the end of a cycle, it isn’t drained! I checked the hose, it’s not kinked & it is hooked up properly & not clogged....does this version just not automatically drain? null

I have not had this issue, mine has drained completely.

It has to lock during the drain cycle - there is a magnetic lock on the left side of the washer tub, at the top, and the lid should lock on it during the drain / spin cycle. Make sure the lid is level and making good contact with the magnetic lock - My lid was bent a bit during shipping, so I straightened it out, and it works, and drains, great now.

It should be draining. Mine drains every time; never been an issue. Likely, something is wrong with it.
