“I left door open to fill and soak and was going to add more clothes and I went back and all the water had drained out. I have never had a washer do that. My other washers have filled and will not agitate until I close the door but this drained.”

Hello Christy - Thank you for reaching out about this amazing laundry center. We are always happy to help you get to know your new appliances. Most of our washers will automatically drain if the lid is not closed within about 15 minutes after it fills. This is a safety precaution we have added to our units. To achieve a longer soak, we recommend closing the door to the washer and pausing the unit after it fills, then restarting when you have soaked long enough. Keep in touch! - JB
