We suggest consulting the “Washer won’t operate” troubleshooting section on page 18 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. -- If those tips don’t help and you are still in warranty, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed. -- If you are out of warranty, please reach out to us (GE Appliances) via private message on Facebook, X, or Instagram so that we may learn more about your situation.
