“wrinkled clothes after wash I bought a new ge gtw42 5/28/15 and I am very disappointed in because the clothes come ot twisted and very wrinkled. even if I put them in dryer the wrinkles DONT come out. my old Kenmore washer didn't do that . it was less than 10 years old and developed an oil leak and they recommended to buy a new one. I hope you can give me a solution for this wrinkling. THANKS”

I just bought a brand new one this week and the same issue is happening. My clothes are so twisted and wrinkled badly. I’m going to try another cycle but if that doesn’t work this has to go.

Please try using a cycle, such as the Colors Cycle, that has a slower speed spin. Also, please use a large water level setting with the deep fill rinse option. I hope this helps!
