• Depending where you bought it from. Most of the stores offer to install and haul away the old one.

• Besy Buy does have a delivery ,install and haul off option not sure about cost if any.

• Yes, you can buy online, have it delivered, have it installed, and when buying your washer, click on the option to have your old one picked up and taken away.

• Yes, they can do the haul-away job for free as long as your new machine costs $399 or more.
