That might be a defect that has to be addressed with the manufacturer or a repairman. It should not do that.

If you haven't done so already, please try using a wash cycle that has a high speed spin (Whites, Colors, Speed Wash, Towels & Sheets, or Jeans). Wash cycles that use a low speed spin (Delicates, Permanent Press, and Hand Wash) will eliminate less water than a high speed spin. Also, cold water can make clothes feel more wet.
