Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. Dehydrating or drying fruits, vegetables, or meat in the oven is not recommended unless the oven has a Dehydration feature. Dehydrating is a process of using low heat for a longer period of time to remove the moisture content in the foods. Most GE ovens are not designed for this purpose.
