Hi sb - Thanks for reaching out to us! We truly appreciate your interest in this built-in cooktop and are happy to offer you some guidance in this. This 36" cooktop requires cutout opening dimensions of 33-7/8 x 19-1/8 (Width x Depth). If your cabinetry countertop can be installed for this cutout, the cooktop will properly fit in this opening. We would recommend that you refer to pages 4-5 of the cooktop's Use and Care Manual for additional guidance on preparing the cutout opening to ensure that this installation will work for you!
